Description

Hypo Sunbeam Bearded Dragon is a color variant of the Bearded Dragon (Pogona vitticeps), an Australian lizard species. This morph has less melanin, resulting in a lighter overall look with less black pigment.

The scales of Hypo Sunbeam Bearded Dragons are dazzling and iridescent, and their bodies are typically yellow-orange with a little peach hue. They also have bright orange eyes and nails that are transparent. There are numerous potential color and pattern combinations that may be made using the hypo gene in combination with other morphs.

The Hypo Sunbeam Bearded Dragon needs a warm, dry environment with a basking spot and a cooler region to regulate their body temperature, just like all Bearded Dragons do. Due to their omnivorous nature, they need a diet that includes both vegetables and insects. For those who are prepared to give them the necessary care and attention, they can make wonderful pets.
