We ship Fed Ex Overnight Priority. This service means that WHEN we ship, it arrives the next morning. This is not same day ship, or next day arrival shipping. This simply is a service that arrives the morning after we ship

 We check what time your package is guaranteed to be delivered by FedEx. If your package is a 12pm, or as late as 430pm we will notify you to arrange to ship. Depending on the temperature it is required to ship HOLD FOR PICKUP at FedEx. 

We ship Monday through Thursday. only – We cannot ship animals Friday, Saturday, or Sunday. 

You may request an alternate shipping day. Please email us at [email protected] to let us know what day works for you. Please include your order number.

For Example, if you order Monday before 2 pm, arrival would be Tuesday. If you order Friday, Saturday, or Sunday, shipping would be Monday to arrive Tuesday. If you Order Thursday before 2 pm, arrival is Friday, and so on. SUBJECT TO CHANGE based on weather, delays, feeding, and amount of orders. 

Overnight shipping is a FedEx SERVICE, not a time frame. Meaning that WHEN we DO ship, it arrives the following day early morning between 8:30-10:30 am to most locations. We will ship according to the above schedule and are very accurate and on time. 

SOMEONE MUST BE PRESENT TO SIGN FOR THE PACKAGE or our Live arrival guarantee is VOID.

We pack your order in the safest, most efficient way possible. All animal orders are shipped in a styrofoam-lined cardboard box used specifically for shipping reptiles.  Depending on weather conditions, we may include an ice pack or heat pack at no charge for the safety of the animals.
If weather conditions are too severe to ship, we will notify you and arrange a future shipping date. This is all done for the safety of the animal!

There are no REFUNDS. If you order and it’s too cold, or too hot for a long period of time, or the distance to the FedEx hub is reasonably too far, we will cancel the order and issue STORE CREDIT ONLY for ordering at a later date. Store credit does not expire.

Due to the high volume of orders, as well as a combined inventory with our brick-and-mortar store with some species, on some occasions, animals may be out of stock after ordering. We will offer a similar animal of equal or greater value to swap it out if you like, if not we can cancel and refund with no fee. We are not able to inventory a species or morph by sex unless we only have all one sex. We may not have the sex you ordered but will notify you before shipping if a swap is ok. On the occasion there is a price difference between the sexes, we will refund the difference.

THERE IS A $10.00 FEE FOR CANCELLATIONS!!!! NO EXCEPTIONS – WE WORK HARD TO PROCESS AN ORDER AND FIGURE OUT SHIPPING LOGISTICS, RESERVE YOUR ANIMAL, ETC ETC – SO REFUNDS FOR CANCELLATIONS WILL BE ACCESSED $10.00 FEE 

 Sorry, we do not refund or take back animals due to being skittish, scared, defensive, or “aggressive”.  They need time to adjust and build a bond with you.  If you are unsatisfied with the purchase, you are welcome to ship it back for a refund of the price of the animal. We do not refund shipping, nor pay to ship for returns.

If a lizard loses its tail in shipping on a rare occasion, we will offer a discount. 

We will gladly work with you to resolve any issues you may have. Under NO CIRCUMSTANCES will credit be processed without the return of the animal.

The health and safety of the animal come first!

NOTE – OVERNIGHT SHIPPING DOES NOT MEAN IT SHIPS OVERNIGHT AS SOON AS YOU ORDER IT! Overnight shipping is a FedEx service that ensures delivery of the animal the next morning, so it is fast, and safe for the animal. Your order may be delayed due to weather, or other reasons. We usually do not have delays but on occasion, we do for a plethora of reasons since we are dealing with live animals. Such as ex: we cannot ship recently fed snakes and certain lizards because they may vomit in shipping and that is not good, so we may hold your package till the animal digests and then ship. We will notify you of something like this, or any delay to ensure you are aware, and that someone will be there to sign for the package before shipping so that everyone and thing are aware and on an agreed-upon schedule. 

Dry Goods are shipped to FedEx Ground.

We try to keep up to date on all Laws that seem to grow daily. We will not knowingly ship any animal or product to where it is illegal. Please do research before ordering. You are 100% responsible and agree by ordering, of knowing your local laws in regard to animals and products.
