Description

The Carpet Chameleon, Furcifer lateralis, is a chameleon species native to Madagascar. It is well-known for its ability to change colors and has a characteristic pattern of stripes and spots. Males can reach 12 inches in length, while females can only reach 9 inches. They are arboreal creatures, living in trees and plants.
