Description

The Cuban false chameleon, Chamaeleolis barbatus, is a lizard species unique to Cuba. Despite its name, it is not a true chameleon, but rather a form of anole, a lizard found in the Caribbean. The Cuban False Chameleon for sale has a slim body and can grow to be up to 30 cm long. Its skin color varies, but it usually has brown or greenish-brown skin with a series of dark stripes or dots down its back. It lives in trees and feeds on insects and other small invertebrates.
